What Does A Healthy Vegetarian Plan Consist Of?A strong vegetarian diet plan should consist of all-organic produce. It has been shown that the pesticides that are used on vegetables affect your nervous system in adverse ways. Many pesticides are what are called 'neurogens', which means they attack the central nervous systems of insects; which kills the insects by making their nervous system go haywire. It does the same to our own systems, too. Thus, it's extremely important when implementing a vegetarian diet plan that you wash all vegetables and fruit thoroughly. Many use a natural antibacterial/antifungal detergent such as a few drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract to three gallons of water to pre-wash the vegetables, and then rinse them in lots of water, spinning to remove any excess afterwards. If you do this then your vegetables will be far more healthy for you.
When developing a vegetarian meal plan, you might consider eating melon in the morning. Melon, when eaten all by itself with no protein with it will quickly digest and won't have time to ferment in your stomach. After having waited a half-hour or so after you've had the melon (or other fruit), you can then have a protein drink or other form of protein. This keeps the melon from building up yeast levels which will be sustained for long periods of time (because proteins cause the digestion to greatly slow down as they pass through your colon). When you're considering a diet, low carbohydrate foods are something you should consider. Remember that you should be getting all of your carbohydrate from either fruits or what are called 'complex carbohydrates' instead of such unhealthy empty carbohydrates as cane sugar or white flour. If you're going on an all-vegan diet plan, make sure that you supplement with Vitamin-B. The B-Vitamins should all be taken at once, as B-Vitamins taken all-by-themselves can wash other B-Vitamins from your system. Since it's almost impossible to get enough B-Vitamins from a vegetarian diet (as almost all of our B-Vitamins, if not supplemented, come from the meat that we eat), supplementing with the B-vitamins is essential for your health. Also, when considering different vegetarian diet plans, consider what goes into a diabetic diet food plan. Diabetics know how to keep their blood sugar levels constant. If our blood sugar levels waver, we're not happy either. You feel awful when your blood sugar levels drop. People will say, "I'm feeling hypoglycemic." Knowing that that jittery feeling, and that insistence that you eat something (usually a starch craving) is an example of your system's blood sugar being out of balance. If you consider some of the things that diabetics do to stabilize their blood sugar levels, you too might not feel 'hyperglycemic' either. So, when considering going on a vegetarian diet plan, remember that you should supplement the B-Vitamins; what's called 'Stress Level' B-Vitamins is a good amount to take each day, just follow the label. Next, you have to drink protein drinks, particularly if you're having a low-carbohydrate diet, to keep your muscles strong. Since your body isn't taking in any meats, you need to ensure that large amounts of protein are available to maintain your body's health. |
